Braces Advice Needed!!

Dear readers! 

Anyone who had good experience for braces from their dental clinic before (for braces!)? Could you share your experience with me? Leave me comments or email me! Let me know the pricing too!

Has anyone been to Audrey & Alexander Dental or Tiong Bahru Dental (Dr Mok) for braces before?

I need to get it done before Sept'15 due to my wedding ceremony!

Shortlisted a few for sharing:

Tiong Bahru Dental:
Dr Mok Tong Bee (Orthodontist)
Metal Braces: $3800-$4000 + GST (includes consultation, retainers, records)
Extractions: $50-$90 + GST
Down payment: $1500 + GST
Monthly payment: $200 + GST
Ceramic Braces: $5000-$6000 + GST
emBRACE Dental: 
Dr Tan KL (Orthodontist)
Metal Braces Price: $4200-$4700
First payment is $1500 to $2000. 
Then $150 to $200 dollars every 6 weeks.
Consultation: $50 (waived if treatment starts within 6 months)

 About Braces
Dr Stefan Vaz (Orthodontist)
Metal Braces Price: from $3400 to $4200
Ceramic Braces: + $400-$600Invisalign: from $5500 to $7200
Initial deposit: Min. $1200 to 50% of the package
Consultation, model, x-ray: $210*subject to GST
Dhoby Dental Orthodontics:
Dr Onn Lok Sang (Orthodontist)
Metal Braces Price: $4490 without extractions
Initial Deposit= $1200. Installments of $140 X 20 mths.

 Orchard Scotts Dental
(Orthodontist)
Invisalign Price: $4500-$9000
Self Damon Ligating Brackets: from $7500
Credit card Installment Plan - 6 months & 12 months with UOB & CitiBank; 24 months with DBS credit card

 i.Dental @ Ubi: 
Dr Gwen Ho 
Metal Braces: $3000-$5500 
Down payment is $600-900 and monthly will be $140-220. 
Invisalign Price: from $6900-8900
Down payment is $800-1500 monthly payment is $400-480. 
X-ray, photo and study model it will cost $235.40 including the consultation.

    Hi. I m attracted by the neighbourhood ratws offer by Audrey and Alexandra but there are very few reviews on the skills of the dentist. May i knw the reason why u decided to choose another clinc for ur braces?? Thank you.

      Hi, I did not choose Audrey and Alexandra because he's not an orthodontist but I do have friends who did with them and said he's good. However, for myself, I feel safer putting my teeth into a specialist rather than a generalist.
