What else causes damage to our hair? Pillow!
Why and how on earth did pillow do to damage your hair?!
Firstly, pillow damage occurred due to friction (by rubbing against the pillow) as "pillow friction" causes the hair cuticles to open up unevenly, causing hair to be rough, frizzy or prone to tangles.
SLEEP! TOSS! TURN! = SHIOK!
But it is not shiok when we wake up with frizzy, unmanageable hair like a lion’s mane.

The main criminals for my daily bed hair "SNAP" and "PULL & TUG".
Why did I say so is because every morning when I comb my hair, I do not have much tangles but my hair just falls and breaks easily.
No wonder I have such weak hair. :( PILLOW, WHY DID U DO THIS TO ME~

I apply the treatment milk before I go to bed and apply hair serum after I blow dry my hair in the morning.
